Hilton Fort Collins

Very out of date hotel with dogs allowed inside and weddings happening in the lobby. Did not feel clean or fresh. Not even a minibar in the room. We selected this place because of its proximity to Colorado state which was a significant mistake. Staff arrogant about being " pet freindly".

I was upgraded to the 9th floor, and although it's a bit more expensive, it was worth it - I could eat a snack in the evenings at the club (except for weekends), and though the breakfast included was not as copious as the ground floor, quality was better and self service plus the club concierge made a difference. I did not have time to use the pool, but noticed whole families with children enjoying it greatly - and Fort Collins is very close to the Ntional Park of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado, and other attractions. The University is great, and if you're going there, it's a healthy one mile walk to/fro, very pleasant. And the Hilton offers free shuttles. Just don't take the Super Blue (which they favour) but the Go Green Shuttle to/from Denver airport - cheaper and better quality. Service at the club was better than at front desk, depending on who was there (during morning weekdays), but front desk was nice too - just busier.

The fact that they sort of force you to take Super Shuttle - Go Green is much better and cheaper. I took go green from Airport (door to door, 29us$, one bottle of water each), and wanted to take it back, but they reserved Super Shuttle (35us$, van to exchange point, wait there, then transfer to bus which baggage door required about 10 minustes of work to close - we were late. No water offered. I tried to reserve myself, but the hotel gave me a toll free nr only for super shuttle, and I had no time to go after it, so I just stayed with what the arranged. But the concierge, Kelly O´Connor, was really nice and I´m sure she went out of her way to help.

Great location, very large room, high speed Internet, very professional personnel.

Internet might well be included in room charge. Still just 10$/day.

the whole building was beautiful - it felt very luxurious and i really enjoyed our stay - wish we could have stayed longer

The living space was great, as well as the setting.

The bathroom was lacking in comparison to the rest of the room and hotel. Parking was difficult.

i booked a room for my parent when they first arrive to us .they were surprise with the hotel in general . the way they treated them were over their expectation. staff were helpful and everywhere in the hotel . they didn't need to call or wait to gat an resbond

the price of transportation from the airpot to the hotel were very expansive .it were almost four times the normal price.

Location was ideal for a CSU campus visit.

Upon arrival the Hotel staff were unable to find my reservation. I had my id and had printed out the email confirmation you sent us. Discouraging. We purchased another room. Seems like we might not have needed your services with this particular hotel. Had they not had a room available the tone of this message would be quite different.

Brand-new nicely furnished rooms, they are provided with 2 queen beds and the breakfast which is fabulous, as for instance. This hotel offers freshly prepared breakfasts with James and prices like these, as example.

The room was spacious with a king-sized bed and a comfortable couch. The fitness center had modern equipment. The staff was friendly. A solid experience.

For the cost of the stay it would have been nice to have free bottled water and free parking.
